Holistic Coaching - Single Session
An individual 50 minute session is a good first consultation if you are not yet sure of your goals; it will certainly get your brain juices flowing!

This option is also beneficial if you are stuck at some point in your Yin Yang You journey and would prefer a 1-1 interaction rather than a group Masterclass or my weekly Thinkety Thots.
Holistic Coaching - Bundles (short or medium term)
If you are serious about achieving all-round-success with your particular goal, then starting with a bundle of 12 sessions over 4 months might make for a more sensible and economically beneficial option.

If you are willing to give yourself more time for your transformation though, let's go deeper with 2-3 sessions per month over a 12-month commitment. What say you?
